The Public Building Services* has awarded Comtech LLC, the Building Monitoring and Control (BMC) contract.

Our highly trained and skilled Regional Project Technology Specialists will be the liaison between technology support services of General Services Administration Office of CIO & PBS CIO and regional building managers, providing the link between IT services and day-to-day production level BMC systems. Our engineers will evaluate and analyze property management policies, programs and directives for the purpose of enhancement or improvement of operations, including technologies such as BAS, lighting, energy management and other related building systems using the National Smart Building initiative and Cisco EnergyWise Technology to comply with Green initiatives. Comtech’s engineers will integrate this Green friendly solution to manage IT and IP configured devices.
