The State of Delaware has awarded Comtech LLC a multiple year contract (2 year base plus 2 options years) to build and maintain its state-of–the-art telecommunications network across all State agencies, school districts, municipalities, volunteer fire companies, and political subdivisions. The contract scope includes:

NETWORK DESIGN AND PLANNING: Comtech will provide IT Strategy and planning for all network services, analyze the business requirements, provide technical solutions, provide assistance in developing Risk/Security Assessments and Statewide Disaster/COOP Plans.

NETWORK PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Comtech will provide end-to-end analysis of network performance, diagnose and isolate LAN/WAN Network issues, and resolve interoperability and performance issues.

NETWORK APPLICATION SUPPORT: Comtech will provide technical resources and equipment to diagnose problems with communications and network response-time problems, provide assistance with applications that use electronic mail services, and assist with applications focused on Statewide workflow requirements.

ON-SITE SUPPORT: Comtech will provide technicians and consultants to support systems installations and applications testing including remote/telephone support and systems hosting services.
