The GSA STARS II GWAC is reserved exclusively for elite, highly qualified small 8(a) information technology businesses that provide superior service to federal customers through the use of Small Business GWACs.

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions and adds to the arsenal of solutions that GSA can deliver to its Federal customers.
