Comtech helps our customers bring process standards to their operations. We can develop a range of baseline solutions that can be quickly implemented in a fully functional fashion, or rapidly tailored to meet unique, client-specific mission needs. In this service offering, we define and analyze mission, user and technical requirements, as well as current processes and systems. We often work with clients to explore various options before selecting an optimum approach.
Comtech worked with a large enterprise, for example, to reengineer their business processes related to their customer support organization. The enterprise operated multiple Help Desks, each with their own processes with regards to providing customer support. Comtech recommended a consolidation of the Help Desks and worked with all the stakeholders to develop a single process that applies to the Consolidated Service Desk with multiple tiers of support. This not only simplified the support process, but also introduced efficiency with regards to keeping track of issues and maintaining data within their workflow management system.
